Richard joined Locus in 2001. His primary responsibilities include assessing and understanding the current and future state of the enterprise information market segment, as well as plotting a course for Locus to ensure our offerings meet the demands and expectations of our customers.
Richard has been an innovator in this market segment, as well as developed a broad understanding of the market by serving on boards such as the Channel Advisory Board at BEA Systems, and Customer Advisory board at Red Hat.
Presently, Richard focuses on the OpenText Partnership as the Executive Sponsor for the relationship in addition to his customer-facing role to ensure Locus’ services meet our customers’ objectives and provide value to their organizations.
Prior to joining Locus, Richard spent his time in the Financial Sector building a successful brokerage business at Midland Walwyn and Merrill Lynch.
Richard is guided by his many experiences and observations that he’s gained over his 25-year career, his family, and his passion for sailing and wine.
Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in financial, supply chain, and content management technologies working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers to align and implement high value software solutions.
As the Director of the US, he works with clients to define business objectives, provide guidance on how to develop a focused strategy, and align technologies to deliver highly relevant business solutions with a solid return on investment.
During his ten year tenure with OpenText he had the opportunity to serve in many capacities ranging from practice management to strategic value engineering. His experience in these roles provided him with the opportunity to work with many multi-national customers to solve critical business problems and help them poise for future growth.
Jeremy is regarded as a trusted advisor with respect to technology and business alignment, which has been developed by working with customers from a wide range of industries including; Financial Services, High-Tech, Legal, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Aerospace, and Government Agencies.
Peter has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur with hands-on experience managing delivery teams, developing strategy and forecasting budget. Peter’s previous career as a software engineer in both the government and financial sector strengthened his ability in project delivery.
Peter is a very passionate tennis player and has been rated at the National Tennis Rating Program as a level 4.5+. He is currently participating in the inter-club competition organized by the Mayfair Racket Club.
For almost two decades, Allan has been at the center of Locus – Ontario Government Delivery. A Professional Engineer with exceptional skills for maintaining On-time, On Budget delivery. Allan manages the fixed cost delivery teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. Allan follows the Zachman framework in either Java / .Net technologies, and has aligned Locus to the Unified I&IT Project Management Methodology adopted by OPS.
In his spare time, Allan is an active supporter of his daughter’s figure skating, and sits on the York Region Skating Academy Board of Directors.
